When is my booking confirmed?
A submitted booking is not yet a confirmed appointment. The clinic confirms after required approvals, payment verification and successful Calendar synchronization.
Can I book on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Use Book on WhatsApp to start the clinic’s existing booking flow. The same availability and payment rules apply.
Are medicines included in treatment charges?
No. IV iron and chemoimmunotherapy fees cover administration only. Medicines and other separately agreed charges are excluded.

The clinic uses the details you provide to arrange appointments and review payment receipts. Website booking information and receipts are stored privately for authorized clinic staff. A supplied contact number does not establish patient identity. Staff checks existing patient relationships.
Public pages use Google Analytics for basic website traffic measurement. Patient booking screens, form values, appointment details and receipts are excluded from tracking. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and scheduling uses Google Calendar; each provider processes information under its own policies.
Never share passwords, wallet PINs or one-time verification codes with staff. Contact the clinic to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
