Who an online visit suits
An online consultation can work well when you mainly need to talk through symptoms, discuss existing reports, or follow up on earlier care. It saves travel, which helps patients in other cities or with limited mobility.
What it cannot do
Some things need to be done in person, such as a physical examination, taking blood samples or receiving an infusion. If the doctor decides you need one of these, they will explain the next step. Treatment sessions at Haemcare, such as IV iron, are in-person services and require doctor approval first.
How to book at Haemcare
- Choose your service on the booking page or book on WhatsApp.
- Enter the patient's name, age and your WhatsApp number, then choose a date and time.
- Review the summary and submit. A submission is not yet a confirmed appointment.
- Follow the payment instructions for your booking reference. The clinic verifies payment by hand.
- After confirmation, you receive the joining details for your online consultation.
Preparing for the call
- Use a quiet, private place with a stable internet connection.
- Keep your reports and medicines nearby, and have photos or PDFs of reports ready to share only through the clinic's private channels.
- Write down your main questions and symptoms with dates.
- Test your phone or computer camera and microphone before the call.
Privacy

If you feel very unwell
Do not wait for an online appointment. Severe breathlessness, chest pain, fainting or heavy bleeding need emergency care.
